When Yvette Jones first put her hands
into paint — the youngest member of
her mother’s art class — her creativity
bloomed. Painting and drawing
throughout her school days, Yvette’s
teachers encouraged her to work and
teach others.
Yvette shared her skills as a teacher and
associate at the Hudson River Museum,
the Pelham Art Center, the Sony Wonder
Technology Lab and the Solomon R. Guggenheim
Museum.
Yvette’s work has been shown at the Mamaroneck
Artists’ Guild, and Westchester County’s
Greenburgh and White Plains public libraries.
Most recently published in BeadBugle, her designs
have appeared in Step by Step Beads Lapidary
Journal Magazine and BeadStyle Magazine.
